Holiday Monday

Today is a holiday in Canada, so Happy Holiday to my fellow Canadians! In different parts of Canada this day goes by different names. Around here it seems to be known as Simcoe Day. Named after John Graves Simcoe, (as was my high school in St Catharines) the man who founded the town of York in Upper Canada which became Toronto.
Anyway a quiet at home day today. I will leave you with some photos from the bird feeders this morning.
Take care and enjoy your day.  Robin

Looks like this Bluejay is molting too.

It took me months to get the first one of these photos and now I can get one almost daily.

Bald Bluejay is looking very plump!

  3. Yes, you did capture some good ones! Is it any cooler yet? We had a lovely breeze that helped today. IF I hadn't been so lazy I would have hung out my laundry instead of using the dryer.
