New Beginnings.

Finally! It has been a stressful 3 months since we put our home on the market. In the first month we had a couple who stated they loved our home. They made multiple visits and spent many hours in our home. After all that we were told they just couldn't make up their mind! And so it went on from there. We had an Open House which produced two interested couples, one putting in an offer. It had a few conditions with it so it wasn't ideal but we took it. Then last week a young couple viewed our home one evening and put an offer in right away. We had to wait a week until they got their finances, insurance and inspection all in order but yesterday the sold sign went up. With the sale taking so long we have had to change our plans. I will let you know in the coming days what will be happening.
Take care everyone. I've missed you!

  1. How lovely to see a post, Robin! Congrats on the house sale and fingers and paws crossed for your new beginnings. We humans like to think there are reasons for everything, so perhaps there's a Higher Cosmic reason for your change of plans.

    Purrs and peace.
